Refund Policy – Ember Nest Home LLC

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

* The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

* Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
